Photo Booth? I need no photo booth. I have a paper moon. I'm singing the song. 

I do need a flatbed. This does not fit in a van. Or a u haul. But this is going to be serious effing fun.

She is a frikking behemoth. A full 9 feet tall. You know when I'll be in awe? After we successfully drive her down the freeway and through the city and get her behemoth ass up three flights of stairs Saturday morning. That's when I'll be in awe. 

Until then, she's a great place to sit at night and have a beer.

On Halloween, I'm going to put her on the front lawn so the trick or treaters can take pictures.

I didn't think the logistics through very well, but yep. I have a behemoth moon.

Ohmygod, the moon! I can't quit laughing when I think about it. It finally left the porch, made it's way downtown on a flatbed truck, couldn't find an approved parking spot- it was going to Pike Place Market on a Saturday, and the street was packed with tourists. 

It was hard to navigate in a car, much less a giant truck. It eventually attracted the attention of the Seattle Police Department, and arrived at the venue with police escort clearing a path through the throngs. 

She didn't fit in the freight elevator, had to be partially disassembled, went up three flights of stairs, and arrived. There was applause. Huzzah!

She was a huge hit. I have honestly never seen people have more fun with with their phone cameras. My original intention involved buying and downloading photobooth software, and connecting a printer, blah blah. Didn't need it. Too much fun. And now I'm dying to see the pictures. Luckily, there were two photographers, and one of them did a lot of moon time.

She was the best moon ever. It was hilarious from beginning to end.

I am honestly starting to think about it. The venue coordinator asked if she could use some of the photos for promo, and asked me to get her some business cards, so it might be in the future.  Maybe? (I might consult the Magic 8 ball. I'll see if All signs point to yes.)
