Veil pinned under hair

I have long hair and I think I want to wear it down with my veil attached at the base of my hairline. I can't find any pictures of this...I can find plenty of updos with the veil pinned under that, but nothing with hair over the veil. Has anyone seen or done this? Anyone have any pictures?

I've never seen this before. Honestly, I think you probably can't find pictures because it would look weird to do that.

I agree with Tammy.  That would look extremely weird and your hair would cover a lot of your veil. Also, I doubt it would stay without the help of a shit ton of bobby pins.

It took quite a bit of searching through google but I found one on this page. You have to go pretty far down on the page. Personally I don't think it looks good. I think the veil looks like an after thought and the hair overpowers the look and hides the veil.

It looks like her neck is vomiting a veil or has a very weird growth.  Sorry not sorry.

I recently saw something similar on facebook where I was CONVINCED that the bride was wearing a cape because the veil was way too hidden and far down. A CAPE. It took me some time to realize it was supposed to be her veil.

I have never seen this done (and honestly don't know how it would stay put), and agree with others that I think it's for a reason.
