    I agree with Maggie. Tell her no, and if it causes a problem at work, then the BOSS will be having an HR problem. This whole situation is ridiculous.

    The 11 year old sounds like Shallon, the SNL character played by Nasim Pedrad.

    I would be astonished if FI's boss gives him crap about not wanting his daughter as a BM in your wedding. Where I used to work, the bosses put in their $10 for the company bridal shower, and forgot all about it.

    If the girl's father has any comment, it is an HR matter. Don't have anyone in your wedding party you don't want, not even an FG to appease these people.
