Help!! Need a job for 2 of my nieces

I have 5 nieces.  2 are pre teens and are going to serve as junior bridesmaids.  One is in preschool and is going to be our flower girl.. The other two girls are 7 and 8 years old and I can't figure out what they can do for the wedding. . I was hoping that someone out there would have a better idea than what I have came up with. Help please!

1). Don't call them junior bridesmaids.  There is no need to draw attention to the fact that they are younger.

2). Why not have the 7 & 8 year olds also as flower girls?

3). Nobody needs a "job" for your wedding.  If they are not in the wedding party, they are guests.

I like the idea of having them as flower girls - I think a trio of flower girls would be lovely! If they think they're too old to be flower girls, they could carry your train (if you have one). They could always be bridesmaids too. At 7 and 8 they're old enough to stand nicely during the ceremony.

I always cringe when I see anything about "jobs" when it comes to weddings.  I second the idea of having them as guests who look great in the family photo.  Not everyone needs a role or an honor.

Ask them if they want to be flower girls. If they don't want the same role as the little one, they could be bubble blowers (if your venue allows it). They blow bubbles and the little one drops petals. 

I agree about not needing to give them a role at all if it's too complicated.

I like the flower girl idea, that'd be really cute! My flower girl will be 8 at our wedding, so it's not too old!

Also, while it's obvious not everyone needs a role in your wedding I get that you're trying to include everyone so they don't feel left out. Hopefully having them as flower girls can work out for you!

Ask them to be flower girls. They're the right age. Otherwise, just have them as guests. They'll still be "included." But don't come up with "jobs" for them to do.

Why do they need to have a job?  Invite them as guests.
