Sams Club Flowers

Brides often post on here asking about flowers from a warehouse store like Sam's Club. My wedding was three weeks ago and thought I should share my experience. Sam's club was a good solution for us. We were on a budget and they were affordable.

The flowers arrived on time and looked fine. They came "asleep" and didn't look their best, but after following the directions and allowing them to sit in water over night they were gorgeous. We only had one flower that came bruised and we ended up not using it. Other than that they were beautiful.

I purchased the bulk flowers, but the do some wedding arrangements.

I plan on purchasing from them, and I have been a BM/MOH in a few weddings where we had them. You'll get some messed up flowers, but you can buy so many for so cheap it won't even matter.

gothic_fairy60 how many hydrangea bunches did you use per bouquet? It looks like four or five?

@gothic_fairy60 - thanks for your honest feedback.  I have been considering going with Sam's Club for flowers but am still trying to decide.  when I hear good review (which is most of what I have been hearing), it convinces me a little more.

@wanderwoman135 I think she may have purchased prearranged bouquets. It least that's what it looks like to me. I've browsed Sams Club and Costco, they have prearranged and bulk flowers for purchase.

@wanderwoman135 I forgot to add my mother and I will be doing bulk and arranging centerpieces/bouquets ourselves. We're estimating 3 heads per medium square vase, 5 heads for bridal bouquet, 3 heads for bm bouquet, 1 head for boutonnieres and 1 head for moms corsages. I'm adding in some roses for filler.

These are beautiful!  I was planning on purchasing mine from Sams Club as well because the reviews are positive and the flowers are affordable.  I feel even more comfortable with the idea after reading your review!  Thanks again for sharing!
