Hello Ladies,
I am in a wedding on 10/18/14. I just picked up my dress from David's Bridal in Totowa, NJ, but do not want to have it altered there. Us bridesmaids have had a bad experience at David's Bridal and I do not want to give them any more business, plus I don't trust their work. Do you ladies have any suggestions for a seamstress/place for alterations in the Pompton Lakes/Pompton Plains/Wayne/Mahwah/Ramsey/Nutley/Montclair areas? I live/work and the wedding are in those areas.
For the wedding, we are allowed to do whatever we want with our hair. I want to have an up-do. Do you have suggestions for a good hair dresser in the Pompton Lakes/Pompton Plains/Wayne/Nutley/Montclair areas? I want something affordable if possible. I think that $75 is a little steep for a simple up-do, but I haven't been in a wedding in Northern NJ before, so maybe that is just the average price and I'll have to deal with it, haha.
