Tuesday Accountability, y'all!

B:  homemade bistro box:  2 HB eggs, 1/2 WW english muffin, Justin's PB packet, small apple, a few grapes, ~1.5 oz muenster cheese
S:  apple cake that I brought to work... just a little, guys.  promise.
L:  tomato soup, pesto chicken salad over aruglua with provolone and sliced tomatoes; nectarine
D:  leftover Irish Stout Beef Stew, fruit

WO:  JM YM L1 and maybe L2 or a walk/jog.  tonight is the least busy night of the week so I want to get in a really good work-out.

  • B: English muffin with PB and banana, black iced coffee
    S: Apple
    L: Chicken chili
    D: ST Stuffed pepper soup 

    W: 3 liters



  • B- hot chocolate yogurt with strawberries

    L-vegan matzo ball soup

    S-apple

    D-home made general Tso's tofu and rice with broccoli

    S-pita chips

    E- Just Dance and an abs work out

  • I Fail for breakfast
    Donut, breakfast pizza, fruit wrap . . .

    L:  Salad
    D:  No idea - I really need to look in my fridge/freezer to see what I can make for the week.  Hot dogs and burgers, beyond that - no clue what I have.

    E:  T25
    I also need to clean up around the house a bit - Loki needs his chin rinsed off (poor dog drools all over himself when I'm gone) and vacuum the whole house.

  • B - Banana, PB2, green tea (Yogi Blueberry green tea is seriously the bee's knees, guys).
    S - Greek yogurt
    L - spinach tortilla with turkey and cheese, baby carrots, applesauce, and sugar free Jello. I'm nothing if not predictable.
    S - granola bar, string cheese
    D - spaghetti. FI requested it, so I'll oblige.
    E - cardio! Probably two episodes' worth of That 70's Show.

    My potential engagement photo dress (I ordered two and will choose my favorite, hopefully) are being delivered today, so I'm a little nervous about trying them on. :-\

    My schedule is all off today (just finished lunch), so I'm trying not to snack at all.

    E--Zumba class, weight training, maybe a walk/jog around my neighborhood if it cools off enough this evening.
