I even have Stouffer's individual mac in my freezer.  But I have been super sedentary today because I'm still feeling sick, and I really don't think eating mac at midnight would be good for my health!

I'm waiting for the homemade mac and cheese to be done in the oven... even though I just put it in there. I've only made cheese sauce twice before, both were kinda meh, but this one is on fuckin' LEGEND status.

FI is downstairs listening to sports radio and frankensteining some 4 wheelers.

Work has been a shitshow since Friday, and I know I will be overjoyed when this week is over.

We had homemade mac & cheese for dinner last night too!  H and I have different versions of the cheese sauce but both are pretty darn legendary in our household too!
