How is everyone doing with the Cake or cake alternatives?

I am doing a ice cream cake because I am allergic to most of the ingredients in cake and both my fiance and myself don't like cake.  I am also doing a cookie bar with milk and cookies.

We are doing a 4 layer cake - 3 flavors, and a sheet cake of tres leches. We are also looking at doing a s'mores bar later in the evening
