Vista Room at MB

Considering an in suite reception.  How many people would fit comfortably in the room?  The site says, 20-35 people.  Also, if you did have an event here, how was the catering?  Did you need to rent tables and chairs?  Thank you in advance!

Re: Vista Room at MB

  • We are having our Meet & Greet there next month the night before the wedding.  We are expecting 55-60 guests and we rented 3 extra high-top tables and 10 chairs.  I might bump that to 15 but Chris at Masterpiece Cuisine says he literally knows every square inch of those suites by now and that set up should work fine for us.  Every person may not have a seat at all times but that's fine.  People are going to be moving around, mingling, and since it's a buffet of appetizers, etc, eating shouldn't be a problem.  Most of it will be finger food anyhow.

We had 43 people altogether and rented chairs and a few high-top tables. We had a seat for every butt, just in case. After a while, every seat was full. Standing in heels sucks.

43 seemed comfortable. I'd hate to see that room with 60 people in it.
  • Someone posted reviews not too long back who had 90 ppl. :-)
I was shocked that they all fit

  • @dbacksgirl‌ @wrigleyville‌ @Rosebubbly‌ Thanks for the input. 90 ppl!? Yikes! Lol I'd like to find a place for 50, but that may not be possible. :)

50 would be okay, but you'd have to rent some chairs and high-boy tables. Like I said, we had 43, and it was comfortable. There was room to mingle, dance, etc.
