I'm wondering if it's generally expected to tip your day-of coordinator, and by how much? Also, she will have an assistant with her -- should I tip the assistant separately? And by how much?
When I hired my DOC she sent me a list of suggested tips for vendors (as a guide) and she included "Personal Event Coordinator: 10-15%." I'm taking that to mean she's expecting to be tipped! But I'm really not sure what to do for her assistant, who I'm sure will be working hard as well.
