Sooo, I got married!

On 8/23. I've been away for a while since I've started a new job that has me working between 50-60 hours per week.

Let me tell you, the day was better than anything I could have imagined or planned!

Any and all stress that I had about centerpieces, my outfit, seating arrangements for guests, lighting, music, guests getting along, etc - none of that mattered the day of. It was a fun, happy blur.

We were busy the whole time. Anything that didn't go as planned, we wouldn't have even noticed because we were too busy visiting with our guests.

Our wedding was outdoors, and we couldn't have asked for more perfect weather.

Our wedding was handmade and homegrown, just how we wanted it to be - and we're not in debt because of it, which was a goal of ours.

Our guests were well-hosted, and I'm married to my best friend.

It sure is! Little LED lanterns since we weren't allowed to have fire at our site - and I got them at Dollar Tree!! $1 each and they were awesome both in the daytime and nighttime. In total, for all 7 tables, we spent $23 for centerpieces. Weddings on a budget can be done!
