Ideas for those watching at home...

We are having our ceremony live streamed as we are only having our parents there with us. I know some people are planning to get together to watch it…Was thinking of encouraging everyone to do some fun stuff…take pictures of themselves or record themselves watching or whatever so I can edit them all together. Any other ideas?

Give them welcome bags too?  Have them order a cake to have there?   Doesn't have to be a wedding cake, just celebrating in spirit.  

You could make up a sign that says hello remote viewers, note them by name ? and show that during the ceremony to acknowledge that you know that they're seeing it too?

You could also ask the officiant to acknowledge the remote viewers too?

I like the sign idea.  We waved at the camera as we walked back down the aisle.

We're definitely going to have them acknowledge everyone at home - my grandma in particular since it's her birthday! As far as gift bags/cake, it will be probably around 100 different viewings across the country/world and we're really trying to keep costs low! (Hence the elopement)
