I am looking for ideas in the Portland area or on the West side for a reception.  It needs to be for about 40 people

Portland City Grill has a room off of the bar that I saw a wedding reception taking place

The Benson Crystal BallRoom- my daughter had 73 guests and they worked with the price.  Here is a photo of her ceremony that was in the same room as the reception:

Depending on how inclusive you're wanting I found this cafe downtown that says they can hold up to 175 (2 floors). It's basically for a DIY bride, someone who wants to bring in their own food. VERY affordable price www.purestcafe.net
