so does anyone know of any hotels or somthing insite for less then 1000 we are having the ceramony at rocky butte and i wanted to be able to eat inside because its going to be in august

What is your catering budget?  I ask because you might be able to do something at Kennedy School, depending on what your catering budget is.  They don't charge a room rental, just a food and drink minimum which varies depending on which room you want to use.

we are looking for just a place that will let us bring our own food we just were thinking something inside to get away from the heat

We booked Cedarville Park in Gresham.  For the rustic cabin lodge it's $1,000 and it includes a professional kitchen and bar area.  They allow you to bring your own food too.
