Suggestions on hosting a charity function

Me along with my team are going to set up a charity event. We are planning to set up a casino night at a very famous spot in Ontario. Casino seems to be a great idea because gaming industry is a place where people are ready to spend huge bucks. So we are planning to execute this idea with a huge expectation. We are in the first stage of putting up the show. Planning to get some casino stuffs for rent. We've got hold of a reputed venture for casino game rentals at Markham. We would want some advice on how to take this forward. Any suggestions.
