B: 1 pc. bacon, 2 eggs, 1 pc. WW toast with pumpkin butter, black witchfinger grapes
L: grilled lemon pepper drumstick, grilled zucchini, small corn on the cob, banana
S: honeycrisp apple, muenster cheese

D: WW pasta with arugula/basil pesto, white beans, shrimp (inspiration LINK); pineapple

WO: not sure yet. I've had a huge knot in my neck and back and haven't been very mobile. hoping I can go for a short run.

    S - Greek yogurt
    L - spinach tortilla with turkey and cheese, baby carrots, applesauce, sugar free Jello
    S - string cheese, granola bar
    D - Not sure yet. We may go to dinner with friends, but if not, I'll make taco salad.
