iPad Help!

My mini ipad keeps asking me to sign into my iCloud account. No matter what I do, I keep getting the annoying pop up. I have not been on wifi all week, so I don't know why it is doing this. I searched the internet, and didn't find anything helpful. I can't do anything because the pop up keeps coming up, and it won't let me do anything while it is up. I keep trying to sign on to the wifi at work but the pop up keeps popping up as I try to enter my password and screws it all up. Has this happened to anyone? How do I fix this crap?!

And I can't just walk over to an apple store. Figures this would happen when I'm away.

Can you go under Settings >iCloud>Account and see if you can retype your password there again then press done? Maybe that will save the password vs the popup?

I tried that, and then it asked for my Facetime password, then went back to asking for the iCloud one. Argh.

I have had that happen a few times to me both on my iPad and iPhone.  It did this because I changed the email that was associated with my AppleID and apparently iCloud didn't like that.  I ended up creating a new iCloud account to match my AppleID information and deleting my old account.

But for you I would try going to iCloud insettings and logging out and then back in.

This was going to be my next question. I vaguely remember I had changed my AppleID email address but I don't remember this being an issue. Since there isn't a sign out button for the iCloud, I would probably try this.

Okay, so I tried to do what you guys said  - I think I did that because my ipad is FINALLY normal again. Thanks!!!

If you have a computer, my SO says to hook the iPad it up to the computer and open iTunes.  Then, select Backup Reset.  He says you probably did the update to iOS 8 and something messed up or something and doing the above will reset/fix any issues.
