  • B:  1 pc. WW toast with pumpkin butter, 2 eggs, 1 pc. bacon, black witchfinger grapes
    S:  cappuccino
    L:  NM chile chicken with brown cilantro rice, salad (romaine, tomato, cheese, avocado); apple
    D:  ???  leftovers night

    WO:  either a run or 30DS.
  • B - banana, PB2
    L - probably a green smoothie. 
    Not sure about snacks or dinner... having 6 cavities filled at once today, so we'll see how sore I am.

    E - Depending on how I feel (and how many calories I consume), leg day.Haven't worked out in 2 days, so I really need to fit in a workout if I can.
