Bachelor Party Ideas

Hi Everyone!

My husband is helping plan a Vegas bachelor party for one of our good friends.  I think they have the night events pretty well figured out - I don't even want to know!  haha  It's the daytime he's having trouble filling up, the groom isn't one for the pool so we are trying to think of other options.

Here are some ideas we have, but we've never been to any of it, so I'm looking for feedback and any other suggestions, thanks!!!

- Best golf course?
- Best shooting range?
- Best race track rental?

We had our dream wedding at Mirage on May 3, 2014!

  • Gene Woods Racing on Las Vegas BLVD across from Town Square. SO much better than what else is in town. My FI races circle track here in Vegas so he's turned me in to a go kart snob. Pole Position is no good, and Fast Lap has really let their karts go downhill. Gene Woods is outdoors and a ton of fun. There's all the stuff out at LVMS like the exotic racing where you can pay (IMO too much $$) to drive exotic high end cars. There's a company called Dreams Racing out there too I think. There's the Richard Petty driving experience but that is super expensive and really for race car driver enthusiasts. The go kart tracks are a lot less serious and fun to just mess around with your friends. We do it all the time! :)

Shooting Range... Clark Counting Shooting Complex is a fun one. They've got some cool trap set ups there for bigger parties. FI loves to go out there and it's what he's planning to do with all his GMs the day of the wedding.

Golfing... I'm not a golfer so can't help you there.

    Hope that helps! :)

  • Clark County Shooting Complex is pretty awesome.  I did my Nevada concealed weapons class there and some shooting afterward.  The place is basically a national park for shooting sports lol.  There is just so much to do from archery up to 500+ yard rifle ranges.  It is outside though so that's something to keep in mind depending on time of year.

There are the more touristy places near the strip that let you shoot machine guns, but I've heard it gets expensive REAL quick since you're required to use their over priced ammo.

I was going to suggest Insert Coins, it's a video game bar and night club in downtown but I just looked at their website and they don't open until 8pm now.  Last fall my wife and I went there a lot so she could watch college football while I played Call of Duty lol.
