  • Ugh. Nooooo.  That movie terrifies me.  Along with the Goonies.  And Hocus Pocus.

Real scary movies don't scare me though.

  • I have the DVD so I just watch it at home. Plus I heard they changed the music for the 'new' theater version and I am not into that.

    We can't be friends I'm sorry :(

I love the nightmare before Christmas, but I made the mistake seeing it when it was rereleased in theaters a few years back and won't make that mistake twice. They only had it in 3D and it looked terrible. I will sit here and watch the VHS I have of it in all its 2D glory.

  • Was all excited for a minute then saw the only in the US part :(

  • Well, if it makes you feel any better, I can't see it and I'm in the US. I can't get Fandango to give me back the state list, but AL, GA, TN, and MS are all not on the list.

The first time I ever saw it was the re-release in 07. I was a very scaredy child. :(

    Ohhhh that's stupid. :(

BIL is ridiculously into Halloween and all things spooky, and has passed that love on to 3yo nephew, who would LOVE to see it in the theater. But not if they fucked up the music. :( Guess I'll have to wait til he's older to take him to the Ghostbusters/Evil Dead 2 double header at the historic theater near me. It has a pipe organ and real butter on the popcorn. :)
