Y'all, I'm almost 3 weeks away! Holy crap, this went by fast!
I'm almost done packing, and I'll be with FI next weekend! I'm taking the car and the first load of my stuff - let the moving commence!
But....my best guy friend (my dad practically raised him, he might as well be my little brother) almost made me cry tonight! He talked to his wife, and for our wedding gift he's taking two days off of work and driving 8 hrs each way to help us with the move!!! This is so like him, and FI and I have all the feels now. So...what would be an awesome way to thank such an awesome couple? We plan to get his room and meals while he's here, but any other thoughts?
The gifts of time, talent, and service we've been blessed with make us so grateful for the wonderful friends and family we have. They're the best.
