Hindu priest recommendations??

Hi, I'm looking for a Hindu priest who could conduct a ceremony in NJ... we're looking for someone who can keep the ceremony very very short and someone who has reasonable interpretations of the text.  I've asked several friends for recommendations, but everyone seems to have an issue with the priests they've seen and priests who they know. Does anyone have a hindu priest who they actually like and would recommend for NJ?  Thanks a ton!!!
