BYOB Venue in Western Suburbs of Chicago

Hi! I am searching for a venue in the western suburbs of Chicago that will allow me to bring in a caterer of my choice as well as liquor with an outside bartending company. Does anyone have any suggestions on a venue that would allow both and remain under 6,000. I don't mind if it is a loft space, raw space, hotel etc. as long as it isn't outdoors. Thank you!!!!

The Haight in Elgin is a cool space and lets you bring everything in.  

There is also a new space being built in Naperville called Noah's that allows you to bring everything in, however their price ranges from $5,000-$8,000 depending on how long you want the space. However, the provide tables, chairs, linens, and uplighting in their price too, so that may help.  

We are also bringing in our own food and alcohol and our wedding is at the Bartlett Hills Golf Club. You do need whomever is bringing the alcohol in to have a liquor license though.
