Ok. This one is dumb.

If your spouse had a nose hair issue and it skeeved you out. Would you try to cut it in his sleep?

Let's say he didn't think it was a problem but looked something like this:

I would just tell him.  DH has commented on the nose hair into beard stuff before and how much it skeeves him out, so I have no worries.

I'm betting I could do the nose hair things in his sleep. hmmm

I would point them out to him until he did something about them. And do. He currently has an eyebrow hair that is about 3 inches long - no joke. I tried to pull it out on my own, when he was awake. If I tried to do something like that while he's asleep I would probably end up murdered.

I do point them out.  He's got a trimmer but sometimes I need to use scissors to get a weird one.

I would point it out, and harass him until he fixed it. 

I also cut his hair/trim his eyebrows, so worst case scenario, I'd go after him with the trimmer when I was finishing touch ups.
