Hey all! My FI are headed to the Excellence playa de mujeres for our honeymoon in late October. Would love advice or tips- especially on what to bring/wear and any day trips to take! Thanks!

I would greatly appreciate it if you filled me in on how you liked it and weather when you come back! FI and I are looking to go there for our honeymoon next October. I hope you're having a great time (if you're still there)!

@nicole4793 we had a great time! The resort is beautiful - the place is really stunning. That said, I don't know if my FI and I are all inclusive people- if I did it again I would go for 6 days not 10. Right around day 8 I started getting sick of the food. There are two different groups that seem to go- party people and peace and quiet people. If you are a peace and quiet person make sure you are not in building 9- we were our first day but moved to building 7 and I was really happy I did. The food was good but not amazing, but everyone agreed that it has the best food of any all inclusive. The service was great and I loved the private Excellence beach, I think its worth the upgrade to get into the excllence club. Feel free to ask me any specific questions- I have a ton of information but don't want to overload you!
