Officiant?

I would love to have a mentor of mine officiate at our wedding ceremony.  Where would I find the rules/laws regarding this in OR?  (He's an Associate Pastor in IA.)

From the Multnomah County website -

The license can be used anywhere in the State of Oregon. Your marriage can be officiated by:A religious leader who is authorized by a religious congregation/organization.A County Clerk. An Oregon judge. View a list of Multnomah County judges. An active Federal/Military judge. You might want to call the county you'll be married in just to double check that there's nothing specific he would need to do.  Friends of a friend ended up not being legally married due to some snafu with the minister being out of state, but that was 10 years ago so the laws may have changed since then.
