Adding Pictures

I'm trying to create my wedding web site and every time I try to add a picture I get an error and it wont let me. I have tried doing it on different days to make sure it wasn't my internet or something and still it wont let me! Can anyone tell me why or what I could be possibly doing wrong? Thanks in advance!!!

Try posting this on the tech board instead.  You might get more help there.  I can't offer you any advice because I'm terrible at anything technological.  

I lied, I have one suggestion.  Are you sure that you are adding a picture in the right format?  Is it a Jpeg?
