RSVP Deadline Help! (Destination Wedding)

Hello Ladies!
Please forgive me if this has been answered, but through my research I have seen conflicting answers from various outlets, but I trust you guys the most.

Our wedding is February 2nd, 2015. We are getting married in Disney World, so it is a destination wedding. We have sent save the dates.

When should our RSVP deadline be? Our final head count isn't due until 5 days out. I want to give people enough time to respond, but I also don't want to add onto the hustle and bustle of the holidays.

You should give yourself a week or so to call up any stragglers and ask them for their RSVP.  So, the 14th or 15th of January seems like a good RSVP date.  And since you probably want to get invites out sooner rather than later, I'd think mailing them out the weekend of December 6-7 would do you well.  You can also call people that next week in your excitement and tell them that you sent invitations and you hope they got it in the midst of all the Holiday Mail.
