Who to address the thank you card to?

So my office went in on a group gift card, which was very nice. In addition to that, my coworker Bob sent an item from the registry, but with no gift message or note. I only know its him because its in the billing address. Do I address the note to just bob or Bob and Mary (his wife?)

I would address it to both. Social unit + presumably shared assets = assume it's from both. Even if she had nothing to do with it, it's not offensive to be thanked for something you didn't do, KWIM? Versus if she did have a part in getting it for you and you don't thank her, you look like an asshole.
