Wedding site help

Im looking for a wedding place on the east side of Portland to hold my wedding I want one place that allows me to bring my own food. For less then 3000 is there a place like this out there? Any suggestion would help

The chines gardens are $1200 for the off season and on a weekday.  They are by far the best deal i have found and there amazing.
