I had all of the big things squared away ages ago. Now it's all the small details that are creeping up on me and making me bonkers.
One is the seating assignments. I have the seating chart laid out already. Luckily, it's a small reception, and everyone likes each other, so no headaches with that. Just not sure how to let people know where to sit. I want to keep it simple. Maybe pin their names on a cork board? Not going to do anything overly decorative or complicated, as the wedding is a week away.
And I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner, but I need tags for the lavender toss bags. I belatedly thought "I probably shouldn't assume that people will know what to do with these". Maybe I can put them in a basket at the entrance of the seats, and make one sign for the basket, rather than one for each individual bag? And ask the officiant to remind people to get the bags ready at the end of the vows?
