Venue Suggestions with a View Near Portland

Hi ladies - I got married in Chicago, but my sister is considering a wedding in the Portland area. She is looking for a location around the Portland area (indoor preferable) that has big windows and great views. Size is likely 100 - 150 people and budget is not an issue. Thanks for your help!

    I toured the World Trade Center and the view is great but it's even more beautiful at night when all the cities lights are on. Plus you get a great view of the river! It's not badly priced either! They are currently doing a remodel of their ceremony space but that should be completed pretty soon I think. I would definitely check them out!
