Does anyone know the designer for this dress from JJ's House?

I love this dress, but after reading reviews I don't want to take the risk of ordering from JJ's House...not this close to my wedding!!

    I believe that jj's house is a chinese knockoff site... someone correct me if i am wrong.  I was attracted by the prices of the dresses there and on similar sites.  but you'd do better to buy a good condition sample dress than a counterfeit.
