I had the pleasure of being involved with a wedding at Mt Hood Bed and Breakfast today. The owners are a joy and you can't beat the view! If you're looking for a gorgeous outdoor venue and don't mind the drive to Hood River (about 2 hours from Portland to their site), I would highly recommend it.
