@lulu0405 THANKS!! I feel like this most days. I also have a enormous love for Parks and Rec, and FI says I look like Aubrey Plaza so I like her (I don't look like her, but I don't mind that he swears by it lol)

I'm watching. Go Royals! Only b/c my cousin is at the game and a huge fan. I have no other connections.

That first SF pitcher was OC! This Bumgartner guy is solid!

I know!! I was gasping for air!

In the end the Royals did amazing, and exceeded any and all expectations of so many people. Huge bummer, they absolutely deserved the win, but it was still amazing.

GBCK no one is validating me in my decision to be a giants fan!!! But it was OUR day!!!

Sadly didn't watch the game, but was neurotically updating the score on my phone. Then called my grandma to hear the end of the game with her, she's the biggest giants fan I have ever met and get so cute with her screaming when we won.

H and I are Yankees fans but the Giants are his back up team. We were ecstatic last night when they won.

FI is a Redsox fan and I'm a Braves fan. We were both rooting for the Royals though. I love an underdog. 

The Giants played a good series though. 3 WS Championships in the [past five years...that's unbelievable. It's like they are the Patriots of MLB.

The ending was a little anti-climatic having just landed a triple...sigh. 

Maybe next year for the Braves...pipe dream!

Super excited that the Giants won.  One because the Royals beat the O's to get into the World Series and because pitcher Jeremy Guthrie (former Oriole) wearing that shirt was in really poor taste and a jerk move.
