Unable to save changes to my wedding website - maybe it's time to look for a different wedsite?

Hello - I have not been able to save any of my changes on our wedding website or upload our guest list.  I did some research to see if others had similar problems and I discovered that this has been an ongoing problem for a very long time.  

This is the most common response I've seen when issues arise from the Knot (admin - aka KnotPorscha) :

I've sent your issue to out tech and customer support team so they can try to quickly resolve the problem. If you have anymore questions please don't hesitate to let me know.

After reviewing the community boards, I see there are multiple technical issues with the website, rsvps, using the seating chart, you name it.  If there are solutions - I'm not seeing them posted by the Knot admin, or technical support team. 

Initially, I was impressed with the Knot - great resources and information, amazing tools and it's free! But the truth is, (after many frustrating hours) if the Knot website does not work smoothly, especially at critical moments, then its only real benefit is the information it provides - and a lesson in patience.

    I'm sorry for the problems you're having with the wedding website and I've forwarded the issue along to our tech team. 

    Unfortunately, many of the problems posted on the board don't just have a one off fix, which is why I need to send it out for our team to look at. If there is a solution that other's can benefit from I do comment on the thread itself and try to help, but many of the conversations also get moved to PM, in order to maintain the privacy of the members.
