cincher

I'm looking for a sort of waist cinched, corset that laces up to wear under the wedding dress.. to shape my into hourglass before i put dress an..  so far i have only found  thick boned  shinny ones.. has anyone had any luck with a thinner material?  i don't have "fat" per say to  squeeze in, i just want to  pull sides of waist in

Re: cincher

  • If you want something that pulls in your waist, it is most likely going to need boning to hold it in. You can try spanx but that's more for smoothing rather than cinching.

    This.

corsets and cinchers need some kind of boning to work. Fashion cinchers with thinner boning isn't going to pull as much in as thicker.

  • If you're not used to wearing a corset or cincher I would recommend high against wearing one on your wedding day. You have to sit, stand, breath, move, and each differently. Definitely not what you want to deal with during the movement, stress, and excitement if getting married.
