Order for envelope stuffing?

Is there some kind of unspoken standard for how your invite, RSVP card and envelope, insert card, etc. should be placed in the envelope?? Logic tells me invite, with insert card on top, then envelope and RSVP card on top. (So when you open the flap, the RSVP card/envelope would be the top item).... Would that be correct?

Yes.  The invitations and other cards all face the envelope back flap.

This is how the paper boutique had me order the envelope:

1) invitation

2) Return envelope (with stamp) with RSVP card tucked inside. Do not seal the return envelope, and the back flap of the return envelope should be facing the back flap of the invitation suite envelope

3) Reception card

*all are facing the envelope back flap
