st maarten documentation required

we are getting married January 27 2015 in St Maarten.  we have supplied all of the documents with the apostle seal now they are saying we need to supply proof of martial status.  the divorce papers had apostle seal, can any one tell me what we need to supply to prove martial status?

I think this might be a more advanced  question then we are able to answer here.

You said you sent the divorce papers down and they are still asking for proof I would call down to ask for clarification.  Maybe the divorce papers were not in the packet or something.

I second calling or emailing to clarify. We had to mess around with apostilles and they can suck up a couple days for processing/mailing (as you likely know), so stay on top of the issue and clarify with someone sooner than later.
