I'm not sure anyone is really that interested in my wedding, but I got married Saturday and had such a great time I want to share it with the world!
Everything went smoothly, and the hiccups were minor. Both our ceremony and reception were outdoors, and the weather was a perfect sunny 80 degrees, dipping into the low 70s when the sun went down.
I was most nervous about our food. We had a food truck cater (a gourmet hot dog truck nonetheless). I know it's not a popular idea on here, but it worked out wonderfully! We got so many compliments about how great our food was! The only bummer is that we had three awesome sides (french fries, mac & cheese, and a pear & gorgonzola salad) and it didn't sound like the food truck let people know they were available. Although the people who tried the mac & cheese said it was amazing, sadly we forgot/didn't have time to try any
. Everyone raved about the passed apps. I only got to try the fried green tomatoes, but holy crap they were good.

Cake and cupcakes...ermahgerd they were so good! We had 100 cupcakes for 70 people...there were no cupcakes left at the end of the night.
