RSVP Options

So we already ordered our suite and they've arrived, but of course now I start to question something that really didn't stand out to me when ordering.

For our RSVP cards, it is very simple.

M ___________

__ of # (filled in by us) will attend

We don't have meal selections, so that isn't a problem. After spending many months lurking on here, I thought I had gathered enough info and determined that a "Regretfully declines" option wasn't necessary - it isn't always a decline with regret, sometimes it's just a decline. But now I'm second guessing the fact that we aren't offering a decline option except that they fill in 0 of # will attend.

Is this a big oops and we need to reorder our RSVP cards??? I am sincerely hoping this is alright but of course need some TK validation.

I think you're fine.  If no one is coming from a particular household and/or social unit, then 0 in the ___ of # will attend space is perfectly okay.  Or they'll call or email you and say none of them are coming.

I think you are over thinking it as well. I believe what you have is perfectly fine. I have found a few people will write in on the card something sweet, like "I'm so sorry we cannot attend, but wishing you all the best." So if the person really wants to show they decline with regret, I'm sure they would just write in a quick note.
