I've been looking at earrings for months and months. I don't know exactly what I'm looking for (which is probably why I can't make up my mind) but I just want to look at them and think "those are special." As in, unique and pretty and worth the money. I've attached that photo of me in my dress-- the one with the weird white box cuz I was making a stupid face-- so you can see what it looks like. I've also attached some photos of earrings that have caught my eye but I just don't feel like they're THE earrings. I'm 80% sure I won't wear a necklace.
I have a pin that my grandmother gave me a long time ago that's a dragonfly with greenish-teal wings and little tiny diamonds along the wings with a dark gold body (sorry I don't have a picture of this because it's at my parents' house) and I'm going to ask the seamstress to sew this onto my belt. The earrings don't need to match the dragonfly because I'm really not a matchy-matchy person, but it would be cool if they kind of did. Here's some details:
I'd like the setting to be yellow gold or copper colored
They definitely do not need to be real gold or real gems (In fact I really want fake, cuz of cost!)
I can't spend more than $300
I think I would like green (FI's favorite color) but I'm not opposed to pink, clear, or white. Any shade of green, really
I like studs, little dangley ones, or chandeliers.
I usually lean towards Art Deco style or more intricate designs but I'm not gonna rule anything out.
