The wedding kind, of course
! I'm so excited! Yesterday was such a long stressful day at work, full of meetings, and when I got back to my desk, they were there waiting for me! Totally made my day!
So apparently there was a manhole fire last night, which affected our cable (
@lacqueredlover, were you affected too?) therefore no internet, cable, wifi,nada. It was that way as of this morning. So on my way home, I'm going to get a bottle of Riesling, pull out my calligraphy pen and "skills" and start addressing them. Chances are the cable might still be down, so I won't get distracted.
Maybe I'll have FI get us something yummy for dinner as a little treat for us. What are you guys up to tonight?
ETA: The title of this post sounds so bad now lol. I addressed my first std! Yay! So we got magnets, and I added the website as well on them. I didn't want to show that portion because we do get creepy randos here. The back of the envelope has our return address. Funny thing, we could have gotten plain white envelopes for free, but FI insisted on the "fancy" gold ones. He said people would know it's something special because of the fancy envelope, and people like getting special stuff in the mail. He was really adamant and cute about it so I was like FINE we can get the fancy envelopes for an extra $30. Even though people will just trash them lol. It did help me decide to go with the Cobalt blue and gold for our wedding colors, though.
