Unable to upload photos to an album

When I try to upload or drag photos into a new photo album on The Knot website, it says "An unknown error has occurred. Please try again." I've tried uploading one photo at a time as well as multiple photos and still no luck. I've also tried uploading photos on a mac and a PC.

So sorry for the issues you're having! That definitely shouldn't be happening so I'm going to alert tech and our customer service team of the issue so they can try to get it resolved ASAP!
