DIY - Wholesale flowers in Portland? Chuppah Rental in Portland area

Does anyone have a recommendatin for a wholesale flower market in the Portland area? and/or somehwere I can get rose petals in bulk? 

Also, looking for a rental company that has a 4 legged free standing type thing that I can use to decorate for a Chuppah.  I have only come across arches...  I need a ready made base to get started with.

Something that I can turn into something like this.  THANK YOU!

No help w/ the chuppah but I understand Costco can order specific flowers at very good prices and have heard good reviews. I have heard that unless you are a florist or have a connection, the local wholesalers don't sell to the public- most of the local DIY brides have either done Costco or worked with places like Gorge White House in Hood River or Swan Island Dahlias for pick your own flowers.

For rose petals in bluk did you look to local floral shops? The usually can provide rose petals also the grocery store florist areas too. As for buying bluk flowers costco would be a good place and also ask local nurseys to on some good places.

For the rose petals try www.fiftyflowers.com. I haven't used them myself but someone else on here posted good things about them. Good luck!

Oregon Event and Tent Co. has a brass chuppah for rent for only $40.  Here is a link to their rental brochure and price list.

Or you could DIY the frame.  Here are some instructions.

I don't know if you're still looking, butI just ordered from portlandflowermarket.com and dont have a resale license or anything. I know the other one (pdxflowermarket) makes you have one, but I would try the first one I listed. The guy, Doug, is also super helpful with letting you know what's available for your day and can suggest others if your favorites aren't.
