Hey everyone! I've missed you, but enjoyed the wedding and Puerto Rico a bit more, I have to say
And then there was Thanksgiving. I lurked a bit this morning to attempt to catch up a bit on you guys, and at some point I'll read the Ferguson thread, but for now it's too overwhelming and we have to drive home today to deal with the actual reality of the situation. Luckily we're the south side of the county and so not particularly nearby.
1) MIL was herself. I allowed her in and she took pictures during the "putting on of the dress." I didn't really care. This is me and her and my wonderful SILs, who were BMs, pre-wedding.
2) This is one of my favorite pictures from social media so far - apparently the GMs before I came down the aisle. I love all these guys, and they look so excited for this to be finally happening after 7 years (they've all known us both the whole time).
3) THE DRESS. My mom made it. She made it. From scratch. She's the best. Our photog posted a few sneak peeks to Facebook and her dress shot was one of them. The dress was by far the most popular topic of conversation when we were making our rounds/doing our table visits.
4) We're married! Look how happy we are! (H doesn't really understand smiling naturally for the camera, so our portraits may be hilarious.)
