Destination Dresses for Guests/Bridesmaids During Winter

With a January wedding in Mexico, many guests are asking me where they can purchase beachy dresses this time of year.  Any suggestions for soft flowing dresses when it is cold outside?

Are you aware of the complex requirements to be married in Mexico?  It is very difficult to be legally married there if you are a foreign citizen.
