Insuite Reception at Caesars?

Has anyone held their reception at Caesars? Any issues with outside food? What suite and how many people did you have? Thank you!

Re: Insuite Reception at Caesars?

  • I featured one not too long ago on my blog http://www.littlevegaswedding.com/2014/11/luxurious-ceasars-palace-suite-wedding-from-belinda-louann-photography

They didn't do much in terms of catering, however. Can't recall if I've heard how easy/difficult it is to DIY.

Seems like the Emperors Suite and Absolut Suite are the most popular.

  • I would love to know the same thing (for a meet and greet).
  • Hi everyone- I just booked the emperor's suite for my wedding in June. I'm very excited although I'm quite surprised at how little information there is online about it. I was worried that we would have to sneak guests up but that's not the case at all. I don't think there would be issues with using outside vendors but I think there could be potential issues in getting the outside vendors up to the suite on the day. If food will be served etc. I think a DOC would be a must. We hope to now be having our meal in Spago followed by drinks and music in the suite (30-35 guests). We're not going to use a DOC. I hope I don't regret it! :-/ It's just too expensive for us as it wasn't considered when doing the budget.
  • I booked the Emperors Suite for August. Our wedding is in Caesars' Juno Garden. We are using Masterpiece for catering, who assured us that they have catered Caesars suites with no problem. We will need someone to meet the servers in the lobby, which is fine for us. I'm assuming there may be "key only" entry to the suite areas. We are not hiring a DOC, other than the coordinator in our wedding package. From the surplus of reviews, I trust Masterpiece's judgment enough to rely on their past experiences.

vegasgroom could give some insight into why so few brides use Caesars suites. I would greatly appreciate it.
