Looking for a water view..

I am recently engaged and just decided to go with a nautical themed wedding. I am looking for a venue with a view of water. Im not picky and would be willing to go with either the river or a lake. Does anyone have any suggestions in the portland (perferably Vancouver) area. I live north of Vancouver so I'm willing to go as far north as La Center.
